Where my Devin the Dude fans at out there. I know there were some of you around when I posted up some video from the House of Blues show and Im sure there are even more by now. I got this new track ‘What I Be On’ and Devin is letting everyone know that the new album is dropping next month on 4/20. Thats not much of a surprise now really is it. Enjoy the track.

Alright people listen up I found this track on TrillSouth and wanted to share it with my southern rap fiends on here. I can tell you the Jay Z ‘DOA’ track had some serious things to say and at first when I got the link to Yung Texxus doing a freestyle over the beat I wasnt excited. Yung Texxus is my homie but I prefer that the best tracks dont get mixed over, but thats just me. I had to listen though knowing Tex and how he is more lyrical than your average Texas rapper. I listened and I decided that this track is definitely hot and worth checking out. It’s making its way around the internet right now and the people who are still sleeping on the homie in 2009 are going to be seeing things differently before the end of the year.

So with all that said listen to the track and pass it around, its definitely got some lyrical fire!

It’s official people Wes Fif is back on his shit and starting to make moves again. I know its been a minute since I was mentioning him but Im still ahead of the curve and the rest of these so called hip hop sites are still playing catch up. Fif has been working on it a lot lately and looking to go digital with iTunes and all that shit to push his shit out to bigger markets. He’s got a brand new track and I definitely mean brand new featuring Papa Duck. This is that Florida shit that you’ve come to expect from Wes, so peep the new track ‘Fuck Nigga’ and stay tuned to TrillSouth because Im sure theres more to come.

Alright so its known that Im in this game in multiple ways and one of the ways I need the most improvement on is with my spitting rhymes. I can come up with the verses but I just never practiced enough at spitting my own shit into the mic. I’ve been into hip hop since I was just a kid and Im not teenager now.

So here’s a new track that I still have to do a little work on titled ‘Texas the Truth’s Out’ and Im going to share it with you first. Stay tuned because Im going to keep working on it and like anything I put my mind to I do it well in the end. Im even going to see about collabos with some of the independent artists in the area, so if you’re one of them feel free to hit me up and lets try to make a track together. Turn your volume up because I’ve got the audio a little low on this one until I finish it.

I promised you that I would be back on the grind and I’ve got a perfect GrippinGrain style track today from the homie Hezeleo. This is UGK Records own Hezeleo from the city that brought us Pimp C. He’s got a sick flow on this and it’s about something that we can all feel here on this site. It’s trill type real Texas shit titled ‘Drop It To Da Ground.’ You know we love to see those bitches drop it to da ground and bounce it up and down. Shout out to the whole UGK Records crew, they’re all trill and true to the game.

What up people Im back middle of the week with some brand new heat from FIEND. You remember FIEND from back in the day with the No Limit crew dont you? Well he’s stepped up again this time to offer a little ‘Gangsta Muzik’ with NOLA superstar Lil Wayne. Check out the track and tell me how you feel about this one. Alright alright I was a little bit bored and playing around with the laptop and thought I’d throw up a little preview of a track for you to check out this weekend. Yeah it’s me and Im way too critical of myself so I wont even tell you my opinion of the work on it so far. I caught up with a little footage from TrillSouth.com recentely and Big Red Rooster. So if you havent heard of these guys then I’ve got a little treat for you. It’s a rap rock combination with a little R&B flavor to it all. I think these guys may well be one of the next big groups to blow up the Dallas scene.
