You already know that your boy Lil Flip has been working on coming back harder than ever. Sure he took it too pop for the taste of most of us and he’s been doing the mixes and freestyles again that got him where he’s at today. Lil Flip hasn’t forgot what made him the freestyle king and what made Houston have the heat that is has now. So with an official Lil Flip production we have Houston is Mine, done with MixUnit.com, Big Mike and the Evil Empire and here’s a short review to let you know if it’s hot or not.

It’s starts right off with your boy Flip letting everyone know who he is and what he wants to be known as, after that quick intro it goes straight into some Clover G shit. The mix is pretty strong from start to finish and you can definitely listen to it all the way through without having to skip around to find something that’s worth hearing. Some of my favorites that stand out are tracks like #4 Purple Sprite obviously about the well known Texas drink.

Alot of people are going to be able to feel track #3 with R Kelly called Put This On, it’s got that typical R Kelly sound and mix that with Flip and you’ve got a winner if you’re a fan. But songs like track #6 Get Your Shine On or #7 They Like Me are some of the better beats and lyrics mixed together. From start to finish this is a mix that’s hot lyrically and with the beats of course, it’s definitely worth dropping the $6 at the MixUnit which is the only place that I get my shit. They’ve always got the latest and exclusive shit that you got pop in the player and blow up the spot while you’re parking lot pimpin on the weekend.
