Bun B King of the Trill Mixtape

Oh yeah it says Bun B so I know ahead of time it’s going to be hot. I found this while browsing my boy Matt’s blog HoustonSoReal and I had to let you guys know about it so that you can cop it and rock it like I’ve been doing the past few days. A mixtape hooked up apparently without the permission of Rap A Lot but with Bun B coming hard reppin Port Arthur Texas and plenty of mentions to free Pimp C, Rapid Ric did it big with this mixtape. Bun B has already laced up the the hottest singles for all the big names in hip hop, it’s almost become mandatory to make your single big that you have Bun drop some bars on it.
So what do we have here, we’ve got Bun B’s big verses mixed over various mixes and beats in and out through 52 tracks although none of them are full 4 minute heaters, they’ve all just got that Bun B heat on them from start to end. If you’re a Bun B and a UGK fan then you already know Bun is dropping his solo joint on October 18th called Trill and this is just a little taste of what he’s done as of late mixed up in a new way and it’s pretty hot. Do I think you should check it out, fuck yeah I do and it’s free because Rap A Lot hates on the game and thinks we’re taking their money. We’re just fans of what they do, don’t blame the fans, blame the game that’s still charging $15 for a CD more than 15 years after they started hitting the stores. Rap A Lot is Houston and southern rap and always will be to us. Maybe they’ll come to embrace the mixtape circuit like the rappers in NY do and the ones in Houston like Swishahouse are already doing.
