Alright alright so I might not have been much of a fan of Jeezy in the past, but this past week I’ve been listening to Trap or Die from DJ Drama’s Gangsta Grillz mixtape classics. I have to say, it’s not bad, in fact it’s a better than not bad, it’s pretty good. Jeezy can flow, even though he maybe talks about himself and how great he is a little more than is neccessary. In fact he probably does it a lot more than is needed especially on the intro, but hey I guess he feels like he’s got to speak out.

Anyway I’d say it’s pretty solid, filled with exclusive Jeezy mixing it up with Bun B, Fabolus, gotta couple bonus tracks like Icy and another one with Trick Daddy. But the mixtape is mostly Jeezy doing his thing and he’s pretty good at it. I guess it’s about time for him to get a little bit of shine in the business. And it’s a mixtape so it’s free or you can cop it for like $6 so for that price and all the tracks on it, it’s worth the money for sure. If you’re a Jeezy fan you’ve already got it, because it didn’t just come out yesterday, but it’s still pretty fresh. If you haven’t heard much of Jeezy but you’re hearing the name a little bit lately it’s worth your time to check it out. I especially liked GA Freestyle track over the Ja Rule beat, and that’s because I can’t stand some motherfucking Ja Rule.

So here’s a tracklist for you to check out and I know what’s up, you’re going to hit your generic napster type alternative and try to find it for free. Whatever, but if you’ve got $6 to throw around cop it for real at a mixtape spot and support the making of hot mixtapes cheaper than the bullshit you can get at the big national chain music stores.
